Portland Cider Co.'s one-off cider for the first quarter - The Queens Kriek. Our take on a traditional Kriek, but made with apples & cherries. A kriek-style cider made with two different varieties of Oregon cherries, fermented with two different yeasts (including a Saison yeast) and then blended together to age for over 8 months. Aged in an oak barrel for 30+ days.

With a base of our award-winning Pearfect Perry, this springtime sipper is a medium sweet 100% pear juice Perry with red tart Oregon cherries infused.
MOJITO in MAY/SUMMER
When you add eight pounds of fresh mint, lime peel, and a touch of lemon peel you come away with a refreshing cider that starts sweet and finishes dry.
