The Marshallatta is our featured cocktail of the Oregon Cider Week cocktail series. Created by Portland mixologist Lucas Plant, founder of Bull in China PDX, this cocktail is a unique concoction with the perfect amount of spice.
- 1 oz. Pueblo Viejo Blanco Tequilla
- 4 oz. Portland Cider Co. Kinda Dry
- 1/2 oz. fresh Lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Marshalls “Deep Sea Chili” Haute sauce
- 5 drops “Portland Bitters Project” Aromatic bitters (or The Bitter Housewife Aromatic bitters)
Salt 1/3 of the rim of a 10 oz. “Bucket” glass, and fill with ice.
Hard shake all ingredients except Cider in shaker tin.
Add 4 oz. Kinda Dry Cider, and swirl to incorporate all ingredients.
Pour over ice into bucket.
Garnish w/ Lime wedge and kick back and relax.
