Every spring, your everyday cider run can help save animals. Each year during May & June, a portion of packaged Portland Cider retail sales at select Safeway & Albertsons locations supports the Oregon Humane Society (OHS)—fueling life‑saving care, adoptions, and community services across Oregon.

Portland Cider x Oregon Humane Society: How It Works

Each May and June, when you stock up on packaged Portland Cider at participating Safeway and Albertsons stores, you’re also helping animals in need. A portion of every sale goes directly to the Oregon Humane Society, supporting their work to rescue, care for, and find homes for thousands of pets each year.

You’ll see our special displays in stores, making it easy to join in. Every six-pack purchased helps fuel lifesaving programs—from adoptions and foster care to cruelty investigations and subsidized veterinary support for families across Oregon.

Partnering with OHS is a natural fit for us. Just like we care deeply about sourcing quality Northwest ingredients, they’re dedicated to giving animals the care and second chances they deserve. Together, we’re raising a glass (and raising funds) to make a difference for pets and the people who love them.
