Celebrate National Donut Day the Portland Cider way—with hard cider & donut flights that are anything but ordinary!

Join Portland Cider Co. on Wednesday, November 5th, for an unforgettable day of sweet + sippable pairings at our Clackamas Taproom. We’ve teamed up with some of Portland’s best bakeries—Blue Star Donuts, Voodoo Doughnuts, Coco Donuts, Delicious Donuts, Petunia’s Pies & Pastries, and Kyra’s Bake Shop—to bring you a curated hard cider + donut flight experience.

Each ticket includes:

  • 6 hard cider tasters hand-selected by our cider makers

  • 6 donut samples crafted by our bakery partners

  • Your choice of standard flight OR a fully gluten- & dairy-free flight

Brighten the season at BrewLights, November 14 and 15! This ZooLights beer festival experience is for folks 21+. Cut loose without kids or daytime crowds and enjoy dozens of the Northwest’s best breweries and cideries, plus live music, food carts and more.

See the zoo get lit! With the magical meadow light show, animal lantern train ride, vibrant sparkling tunnels and a variety of wildlife-inspired displays. BrewLights is the region’s most impressive light display—perfect for gathering friends, raising a glass and snapping selfies.

Learn the basics of crafting your own small-batch hard cider at home! Led by Founder Jeff Parrish and Head Cider Maker Brendan O'Connor.

Learn the basics of crafting your own delicious, small-batch hard cider at home! In this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be given a gallon of fresh apple juice, yeast, nutrients, and an air lock, and instructed in how to initiate the fermentation process. Then you’ll take it home to finish on your own!

Class Length: 90 minutes.

Class Fee: $55 per person.
Includes all materials, supplies, and a gallon of fresh-pressed juice to ferment at home.

What’s Included:

  • Fresh-pressed apple juice (1 gallon)

We’ll also have several brands participating in the Oregon Fruit Co. Fruit Cider Challenge, with QR code voting to determine the champion!

Cider Summit Seattle hours are Friday, September 12 from 3pm-8pm (with VIP admission at 2pm) and Saturday, September 13 from 12pm-5pm. Last call will take place 15 minutes prior to closing. Your ticket is good for either and both days.
