Learn the basics of crafting your own delicious, small-batch hard cider at home! In this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be given a gallon of fresh apple juice, yeast, nutrients, and an air lock, and instructed in how to initiate the fermentation process. Then you’ll take it home to finish on your own!
Class Length: 90 minutes.
Class Fee: $55 per person.
Includes all materials, supplies, and a gallon of fresh-pressed juice to ferment at home.

We’re teaming up with our friends at the Oregon Brewery Running Series™ for a 5k-ish fun run (or walk!) starting and ending at our Clackamas Taproom. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in it for the cider at the finish line, all are welcome.
Come move your body, support local nonprofits, and treat yourself to a refreshing pint with us after the race!
