Cider Barrel

To celebrate Father's Day, the folks at The Bitter Housewife came up with the perfect cider cocktail to make up for Dad. The vodka can also be replaced with his favorite bourbon to make it a special treat.

Cider Barrel

- 1/2 oz Raft Syrups Smoked Tea Vanilla
- 6 dashes The Bitter Housewife Barrel Aged Bitters
- 4 oz Portland Cider Kinda Dry
- 2 oz Portland 88 Vodka from New Deal Distillery

Fill a Collins glass or tumbler with ice, measure all ingredients into glass, stir and enjoy.
