Dry-ish January Cider Cocktails featuring Portland Syrups
We’re keeping things light without sacrificing flavor, mixing up easy cocktails with our Kinda Dry and Concord Grape ciders, plus a little magic from our friends at Portland Syrups. These recipes are all about bright, balanced sips you can enjoy anytime, no special occasion (or heavy pour) required. Cheers to drinking smarter and tastier!
Kinda Chai
Ingredients:
4 oz Portland Cider Kinda Dry
1 oz chilled soda water
Apple slice and cinnamon stick, for garnish
Method:
Fill a glass with ice.
Add Bright Chai syrup.
Top with Kinda Dry cider and a splash of soda water.
Gently stir to combine.
Garnish: Fresh apple slices and/or cinnamon stick.
Gilded Grape Aperitif
Ingredients:
4 oz Portland Cider Concord Grape
2 dashes Portland Syrups Orange Bitters
1 oz soda water
Method:
Fill a wine glass or rocks glass with ice.
Add yuzu syrup and orange bitters.
Top with Concord Grape cider and soda water.
Gently stir to combine.
Garnish: Orange wheel and/or lemon wheel.
Purple Rain Spritz
Ingredients:
4 oz Portland Cider Concord Grape
2 dashes Portland Syrups Aromatic Bitters
1 oz soda water
Grapes and culinary lavender, for garnish
Method:
Fill a coupe glass with ice.
Top with Concord Grape cider and soda water.
Add lavender syrup and aromatic bitters.
Gently stir to combine.
Garnish: Grapes and/or culinary lavender.
