Pairing Menu:
Velvety roasted squash soup topped with a swirl of crème fraîche and micro greens.
Provencal ratatouille of eggplant, zucchini, and tomato, layered in a roasted heirloom carrot sauce with fresh basil and rosemary.
Apple risotto with seared pork belly, caramelized shallots and garlic, topped with a plum wine reduction and freshly grated parmesan.
Scratch-made ravioli stuffed with braised lamb shank, whipped ricotta, rosemary, and sage, coated in a nutty brown butter sauce.
Silky pannacotta with a bright and juicy persimmon compote.
